An Act amending the State Constitution by adding thereto a new Article concerning the Conservation of State Wildlife Resources and limiting the use of Game and Fish Revenues exclusively for Game, Fish and Wildlife purposes; providing compensation for General State Services out of such revenues; and establishing the Game and Fish Commission and defining its powers and duties.
