An Act Amending Article XIII of the Constitution of the State of Colorado by Adding Thereto Section Numbered 14 Providing for Preference by the Addition of Stated Points to the Passing Grades Attained by certain Honorably discharged Veterans of the Armed Forces in Designated Wars, including the Present War, in Civil Service Examinations Given by the State of Colorado or Any of Its Political Subdivisions, or so Attained by the Widows of Such Veterans and the Widows of Those Who Died During Such Service
