Constitutional Amendment 3 • State of Colorado

An Act of Amending Section 27 of the Article II of the Constitution of Colorado to Provide That Aliens Eligible to Citizenship May Acquire Hold and Dispose of Real and Personal Property. Also That Provision Shall Be Made by Law for the Right and Power of Aliens Ineligible to Citizenship to Acquire Hold and Dispose of Real Property ; Otherwise There Shall Be No Such Right or Power as to Them, Directly or Indirectly, Except as to Vested Rights Already Acquired and Guaranteed by Law, Which Right May Be Dissolved, Liquidated or Terminated by Law.
